We had such an easy move in, living and move out process - great communication, assistance and support from all involved with our tenancy.

Of course with any property there are bits and bobs that go wrong but we found the communication and action from Great North Lettings really positive and helpful.

Very respectful and good agents when it came to deposit also - we received ours in full after having our property professionally cleaned and just generally looking after it well - unlike other agents who will literally find ANY

“Quite often experiences with housing agencies can be daunting (especially after living in London).
Great North lettings is unlike any other agency I have been with. You receive continuous support from Chris or Sophie, which makes it feel more personal.
They are always quick in replying and dealing with any issues you have. Even throughout the pandemic they have been as accessible and attentive as usual.
You don't feel like its a burden having to call them up as you know beforehand that they will try to resolve any issues as quickly as they can. They are also kind and understanding.
