In accordance with the Tenant Fees Act of June 2019​, our Fees to Tenants are as follows:

- Amending an existing Tenancy Agreement: £50 +VAT

- Late Rent Interest: 3% per annum above the Bank of England's base rate on any rent lawfully due that is paid more than 14 days after the date on which it became due

- Replacement of lost key / security device: Cost Price

- Early Exit Fee : equivalent to the Landlord's Tenant Finder Fee (80% of one month's rent +VAT)
